Pimeks Plastic Joinery Systems Co.
Ltd. (Pimeks Plastik Dograma Sistemleri Ltd. Sti.) which
commenced its activity in 1992 and Pimeks Aluminium and
Metal Industry Co. Ltd. (Pimeks Aluminyum ve Metal Sanayi
Ltd. Sti.) founded lateron, have became one of the leading
firm of the sector with their growing acceleration within
the time elapsing, and they have been amalgamated as of
2006; as a result of such development, and they arrived
at the actual structure under the title of "Pimeks
Aluminium, PVC and Metal Industry, Trade Co. Inc."
respectively.
Pimeks Building Materials Marketing Co. Ltd. which is one
of other member of Group of Companies, however has expanded
its sale and after sale perceptiveness which they commenced
in 1996 with glass block, and, they have been maintaining
their success to offer the most qualified products in the
best and most suitable manner accordingly.
Pimeks Group who renders service
from projecting to import and from manufacturing to erection
has been offering qualified material together with the qualified
service at their factory, their Administrative and Technology
Center Building, in Esenboga - Ankara and their Liason Offices
in Ankara, Antalya and Abroad.

of the aluminium, PVC, sunshade systems and technologic
development of the same have been offered for a esthetic
feeling of the architects and end users in the Technology
Centre, where the products manufactured and sold by Pimeks
Group have been exhibited.

The days
of training
The Pimeks Group who has a dynamic technical staff, has
been considering great importance for the training, with
its management structure who wants to shares the knowledge
and the experience.
There have been arranging training
days related with details and implementation of the Aluminium,
PVC and sun shade systems.
"Pimeks Training Days" whose programme notified
in monthly circular and realised on every Saturday, at
the training hall of the Pimeks Factory, has been accomodating
the architects and engineers who want to participate in
the said training in addition to firm's technical personnel.

Coordination Meeting's
The purpose, in the said meetings, which have been held
every week regularly under the name of Procurement - Production
- Practice Coordination Meeting, is to strengthen the team
spirit and to provide more concordant and organized working
respectively.

Technical
Offices
The technical staff consists of 3 main groups as Project group,
Work site group and Project support group comprising with
a majority of architects. |
Project Group
They have been preparing the system's details in comply
with the Project architecture to be used for all of project
being executed under the contract of the Pimeks Group and
then submitting the same to the approval.

| Work Site Group
They have been ensuring
the required organization and controls, in order
to assembling the manufactures in line with
the approved details, which have been again
manufactured in comply with the approved details,
and completion of the Project in accordance
with the work Schedule respectively. The work
site group comprises also work safety personnel
furnished with the necessary knowledge and experience
accordingly. Pimeks Group has been performing
the works related with the measurements and
determination of the existing façade,
by means of using the machinery and equipment
manufactured with advance technology, and with
the personnel experienced on the said field
of activity respectively.

PRODUCTION LINE |
Pimeks Group who have been making
production in the computer controlled CNC
machines, have been exporting abroad the aluminium and
PVC joinery in addition to inland market, thanks to the
production quality which in the European Standards.

Pimeks Group has been
rendering service with his experienced manufacturing and
installation personnel sharing out the knowledge and experience
of 15 years, as well as his contemporaneous machinery and
equipment in line with the understanding of "qualified
material, qualifled workmanship".

The steel production
line which has been erected for the purpose of increasing
the velocity of work and the quality of service, is in the
capacity to produce all kind of cutting, twisting, drilling,
from façade anchorage to specially twisted pan, thanks
to the comprehensive machinery such as, separate building,
and apkan pressed twist, Guillotine cutting, punch, excentric
shear machines etc..
